Inspects, report malfunctions, and makes minor repairs to equipment and physical facilities.
Minimum Knowledge, Skills and Experience required:
Education: HS/GED required. Technical training in health care environment on equipment and utilities preferred.
Experience: One year experience or comparable combination of education and experience in maintenance preferred.
Additional Skills/Abilities: Knowledge of safety codes. Ability to communicate effectively. Ability to use hand and power tools. Ability to maintain records.
Key Responsibilities and Essential Functions:
- 1. Maintain Campus Grounds.
- 2. General cleaning of equipment/spaces/buildings/grounds.
- 3. Accept and complete additional duties as assigned.
- 4. Picks up materials when needed.
